Robin Moberly, Licensed Massage Practitioner, began her massage therapy practice in 2006 after a long career in the corporate world. She graduated from the Denton School of Massage in Arlington and has continued with ongoing studies. Her passion is to work with clients seeking peace and healing in a holistic manner. Robin is trained in various massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release techniques, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Hot Rock Massage. She incorporates additional skills she has learned in the areas of Polarity Therapy and Foot Reflexology. |

Shirley Powell, Licensed Massage Practitioner, began her massage training in Costa Mesa, California, over 30 years ago. Training modality techniques include Swedish, Energy Work, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy, Manual Lymph Drainage and Acupressure. Shirley is excited about receiving certification in Polarity Balancing (energy work) this fall, 2007. She has a strong interest in holistic health and desires to assist and facilitate the body in healing itself through massage and bodywork. Shirley is a Member of the International Massage Association and is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage. Spa Treatments include paraffin hand treatments, foot massage/scrub, scalp massage. |
Reiki
| Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Energy Healing involves direct application of Chi for the purpose of strengthening the client's energy system. In a Reiki session you may experience peace, tranquility, relaxation and revitalization. Reiki may help you with relieving pain and stress; speed up healing process; relieve anxiety, depression or grief; relaxation and balance. |

Patricia Strand is a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Natural Healing. She is certified to teach JRT (Japanese Reiki Techniques). She received certification for 1st and 2nd Degree in Jikiden Reiki taught by Tadao Yamaguchi from Japan. Patricia is also a certified Tai Chi Chih Instructor. She holds Certificates for AdultLearning Techniques and Psychic Development and has been doing energy work for over 25 years. |
Hypnotherapy
| Hypnotherapy is a deep relaxation and an altered state of consciousness that can teach people how to master their own states of awareness; by doing so they can affect their own bodily functions and psychological responses. Hypnotherapy is a relaxation of the mind and body while relaxing on a comfortable massage table. The hypnotherapist makes suggestions that you are relaxing your body, etc and you are in complete control and then uses imagery and suggestion to bring about desired results. Hypnosis has been shown effective in helping to change many behaviors like smoking, weight loss, increase exercise activity, etc. |

We suggest 1 to 2 Nia classes per week plus 1 class a week of the different movement forms to get a complete fitness program for the body-mind-emotions-spirit. Join us and reap the benefits of expressing yourself from the inside out, healing for the whole being.

Tamara Robbins has been dancing most of her life either practicing ballet, jazz or modern in various studios or teaching aerobic dance. She took one Zumba class and was hooked! It brings together dance, fitness, and incredible fun all into one high energy hour! She is certified to teach Zumba Basic and Zumba Gold (for active older adults). She loves the opportunity Zumba gives to the participant to move, sweat, release tension, laugh and most of all DITCH THE WORKOUT AND JOIN THE PARTY! |
