You'll enjoy her natural intuitive healing touch. She has practiced alternative healing techniques for over 7 years. Jennifer is trained in various modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Reiki. She also incorporates additional skills learned in the area of Craniosacral, Foot Reflexology and Polarity. Jennifer has a passion for natural health and healing and enjoys her family, the outdoors, massage and meditation. |

| Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Energy Healing involves direct application of Chi for the purpose of strengthening the client's energy system. In a Reiki session you may experience peace, tranquility, relaxation and revitalization. Reiki may help you with relieving pain and stress; speed up healing process; relieve anxiety, depression or grief; relaxation and balance. |

Patricia Strand is a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Natural Healing. She is certified to teach JRT (Japanese Reiki Techniques). She received certification for 1st and 2nd Degree in Jikiden Reiki taught by Tadao Yamaguchi from Japan. Patricia is also a certified Tai Chi Chih Instructor. She holds Certificates for AdultLearning Techniques and Psychic Development and has been doing energy work for over 25 years. |
Hypnotherapy
| Hypnotherapy is a deep relaxation and an altered state of consciousness that can teach people how to master their own states of awareness; by doing so they can affect their own bodily functions and psychological responses. Hypnotherapy is a relaxation of the mind and body while relaxing on a comfortable massage table. The hypnotherapist makes suggestions that you are relaxing your body, etc and you are in complete control and then uses imagery and suggestion to bring about desired results. Hypnosis has been shown effective in helping to change many behaviors like smoking, weight loss, increase exercise activity, etc. |

Anne Miles LMP, RBP graduated from Ashmead College and became licensed as a Massage Therapist in 2000. She was the first volunteer Massage Therapist with Positive Women's Network's (PWN) TLC program in 2001 and is a registered Bowen Practitioner. She joined the staff of PWN in June, 2003 and is the Enrollment Coordinator for Breast & Cervical Health. |
European Facial

Helen Ladd has been a fitness instructor since 1990 and has taught various classes including High-Low (cardio), Step, Cycling, Kickboxing, Water Aerobics and Pilates. She began practicing yoga in 1998 and obtained her initial instructor training at the Seattle Center of Yoga in 2002. She completed her 200 level RYT certification with Yoga Alliance in 2006. Helen has a passion for yoga and enjoys helping her students discover its many benefits. |

Kathy McClain has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with others. She credits her many mentors in various yoga disciplines with the development of her signature style of yoga instruction. Kathy began her teaching career as a certified instructor in 2005 and has completed her contact hours with Shiva Rea through her 200 hour RYT program which includes certification as a Prana Flow instructor. She has taught yoga in a wide variety of settings, and is passionate about providing yoga which is beneficial to all students, regardless of level. |

T'ai Chi Chih
What is T'ai Chi Chih®? Joy thru movement. It's a set of movements focused on the development of energy called Chi. There are 19 movements and 1 pose. It's not a Martial Art and is nonviolent. Easy to learn in 8 class sessions and appropriate for all levels of fitness.
